- the exhibition/poster area is in a 45m x 25m secure, level-floored marquee on the cricket pitch at the back of University Club .

- as with 2010, there will be three main poster sessions per day, when all the delegates will be at the exhibition area: |

- morning refreshments, 10.30–11.15 (longer than Physiology 2010) |
|
- lunch, 13.15–14.30 (longer than Physiology 2010) |
|
- poster session with wine/beer/nibbles, 16.00–17.30 |
- on the floorplan the red booths are already booked. |
